I follow no guru. I am one of many bridges between heaven and earth. I trust my feelings, my intuition, and my inner guidance beyond other ideas. I question everything. I don’t take truth for granted, I experience it and prove it with my soul and senses. I trust my curiosity. I follow it, and it usually leads me to the right places.I find masters everywhere in everyone. It is up to me how much I can learn from people around me. My body is my temple. I treat it with the devotion it deserves. I repress no desire, but I prioritise the fulfilment of those that are leading me to deeper and sustainable satisfactions.I practice spiritual psychology. I believe spirituality without emotional education is empty, and so is psychology without spirituality…I am absolutely nothing without Mother Nature. Gaia is my main goddess and is not up there in my imagination, it is right here in the ground under my feet. It is my duty to respect and protect her. I'm not trying to get enlightened disassociating or scaping from earth. My healing comes when I embrace with compassion absolutely every aspect of my humanity. Including the so-called “ego aspects”. I don’t demonize my ego. I treat it as a kid: it needs understanding, attention, compassion, and most importantly: boundaries.I try to play with my identity as I feel like it. I am not this name, this age, this body, this personality, but these aspects are my toys to play the current game...I know when something is right for me if it brings me joy, lightness, and pleasure. I follow that. When I have big resistance towards something or someone it doesn’t always mean it is not for me though, but instead, I try to enquire inside to understand the source of it to overcome it and learn the lessons.I embrace pleasures. Sensual ones, mental ones, and especially Soul ones. I know spirituality embraces everything and leaves nothing apart. I try to live as Zorba The Buddha.The most “spiritual thing” I can do for myself is to untame my being. My story as many other sisters is one of liberation. A woman getting free and healing from the deep wounds of patriarchy and transgenerational trauma.

I offer it by helping people to embody their feelings through different art expressions, beauty and creativity, playing with ideas and words as well as movement practices. I vow for a life live intensely, with playfulness and deep felt compassion, in service of our planetary awakening and healing.

I believe creativity requires faith, to relinquish control and surrendering to a source that wants to express something through you. In that way, my main job is to allow that force to flow, giving it the most honest expression and outcome that I can.
