Art can take many forms: I’m a filmmaker, I’m a photographer, I’m a writer, I’m a dancer. I try to listen the call of my intuition in each moment of my life.
I specially enjoy making cinema because I can integrate many different expressions in one piece of art, charged with intensity and meaning, and yet it doesn’t limit itself to any rigid format. I finished my studies in Audiovisual Communication and Cinema Direction at PUC Santiago de Chile in 2015. Since then I’ve been working as a Director, Cinematographer, Producer and Editor in different fiction and non-fiction short, medium and length films, giving cinema workshops for youth and producing events and film festivals in Chile. My main passion is documentaries.
In 2016 I released my first film 23, as my first exploration of what I call conscious cinema. In 2017 I left Chile and travel the world following my aspiration to find some place to live in harmony. I ended up discovering Auroville, India, the international experimental community that I’m currently living in, and it became my home. Now I’m volunteering and working in Auroville, making short documentaries about different topics and starting my own production company: Ineffable Films.

We may not be aware of this: but we are spiritual beings living human experiences. We are all here playing lila, the divine play of life. In this paradoxical context the separation that we experience is an illusion of our perception: is just part of the default setting of earth’s game board.
In that sense, films can be not only a great manifestation of art, story telling and self-expression, but also a key tool for our transformation, guiding us in our awakening to our individual and collective truth.
For me, cinema is the tool to detach myself from me and to capture the stunning beauty of life trough a malleable format with unlimited creative possibilities.
